Blueprint Portfolio Solutions is a boutique advisory firm for enterprise operations, real estate, and workplace decisions - helping leaders and organizations of all sizes move with confidence when decisions are consequential.

The firm was founded to bring senior-level judgment, perspective, and real-world experience directly to moments when decisions matter most — without the layers, economics, or potential bias of alternate service models.

Peter Barnett

Blueprint Portfolio Solutions was founded by Peter Barnett. His senior leadership experience spans enterprise operations, real estate, and workplace strategy at Fortune 15 scale - including The Cigna Group and PwC US, working directly with executive leadership to translate strategy into executable decisions.

Across his career, Peter has designed and launched global operating models, built captive operations from the ground up, and led large-scale real estate and workplace platforms across complex, matrixed organizations — partnering directly with CFOs, COOs and CHROs on decisions that were financially material, highly visible, and difficult to reverse.

His experience spans operating model design, portfolio strategy, organizational transformation, in periods of significant enterprise change. Just as importantly, it reflects time spent inside organizations — balancing strategy with execution realities, stakeholder alignment, and long-term consequences.

Selected Experience

Rather than advising from the sidelines, Peter’s work has involved leading and supporting decisions such as:

  • Guiding portfolio and operations strategy for private and Fortune 15 companies with large, global, multi-site operating environments supporting diverse business and workforce needs

  • Advising CFOs, COOs, CHROs, and senior leadership teams on portfolio transformation, cost optimization, and future-of-work decisions

  • Framing and sequencing complex consolidation, reinvestment, and footprint decisions to support both financial and operational objectives

  • Designing and evolving enterprise operating models, real estate and facilities governance structures, and service strategies

  • Supporting organizations through periods of transition, including growth, restructuring, and integration

  • Working closely with several of the leading global service providers — including CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield — to align strategy, recommendations, and execution

This breadth of experience informs a pragmatic, decision-focused advisory approach grounded in how organizations actually operate.

Clients work directly with experienced leadership — not a rotating project team. This focused model allows us to bring deep judgment, clarity, and decisiveness to situations where it matters most, from ad-hoc decisions support for smaller entities to enterprise-scale strategic alignment.

Our role is not to replace internal teams or execution partners, but to strengthen decision-making — helping organizations and their advisors move forward with alignment and momentum.
